The Sonar system allows localized spreading through the use of ultrasound devices. The sensors detect the spaces between the plants and, by means of an electro-hydraulic system, temporarily interrupt the spreading process. In this way, costs are reduced and time is optimized, making frequent filling of the hopper less necessary. The ultrasonic sensors are robust and have a high IP protection class; they are also easy to install and parameterize.
